El vinculo madre-hij@ es el más importante en la vida, por su resistencia, persistencia, emocionalidad, afectividad y representatividad educativa para guiarnos como modelo en el resto de nuestras relaciones.
El vinculo con mamá permite sentirnos seguros, vitalizados, ser reflexivos, saber poner límites, aprender a dar-recibir y elegir-pedir. Por ello es muy importante que nuestra madre nos vea a los ojos, nos haga sentir su calidez física, nos de regalos, tiempo de calidad y complazca nuestras peticiones sinceras.
Nuestras conductas de apego (compañía y proximidad) dependen de nuestra historia maternal, si el día de hoy puedes abrazarla, date la oportunidad de verla a los ojos y sentir su calidez física con un abrazo. Eso será el medicamento a muchos de tus padecimientos emocionales.
